WASH INSTRUCTIONS FOR MY GARMENT?

Wash cold and hang dry only. Always separate whites from colors. All in-house garment dyes go through an extensive safety-wash process before shipping. Still, because each piece is hand-dyed, minimal dye transfer may occur during washes. Keep your colors separate, never tumble dry garments you care about, and these pieces will return the favor for a lifetime.

WHAT IS THE SPECIALTY PACKAGING?

It’s an elevated packaging experience where we replace our standard jute burlap sacks with a finer linen bag. Each linen bag is curated and customized, inspired by your order. We hand-dye them, apply unique patterns, screen print, and embroider your name for a personal touch. Perfect for gifts, special occasions, or simply treating yourself to something to look forward too

DO YOU OFFER IN-PERSON PICK UP?

Yes - in-person pick-ups are available upon request from our Chicago-based workshop. Please email or DM us after your purchase to schedule a pick-up. Note that all in-person pick-ups are still subject to our 7–10 day processing time. Once your pick-up is confirmed, any shipping charges will be refunded.
